Meet Karen
Hi! I’m Karen Gaub, founder of Roseroot Coaching. Part coach, part strategist, part “let’s get real” accountability partner - I'm here to help you lead yourself first, stay grounded, and build momentum that actually lasts.
I’ve spent over 15 years working in corporate leadership and strategy roles, and what I’ve learned is this: the biggest leadership challenges aren’t about performance — they’re about people.
Communication when things are tense. Trust when the pressure is high. Confidence when self-doubt shows up, and creating cultures where empathy, belonging, and accountability can all exist at the same time.
Because the truth is: leadership isn’t just what you do — it’s how you show up, and the strongest leaders don’t just drive results… they keep their humanity while they do it.
I have a background in adult learning, psychology, training in NLP and behavior-based coaching, and a deep love for helping people grow in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and actually sustainable.
But more than that — I’m a human in progress.
I’ve been the person who looks fine on the outside while second-guessing everything on the inside, and I understand the desire for more clarity, more ease, and more alignment — without needing your whole life to fall apart first.
And that’s why I do this.
Because leadership is strongest when it's real.
